Drawing from my studies in Sociology, Somatic Psychology, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring a holistic approach to therapy. I completed a two-year internship as a somatic clinical counselor at La Plata Family Therapy and a nine-month graduate training with Four Corners Counseling in Durango, Colorado. As a mental health counselor, I offer one-on-one psychotherapy sessions, group therapy workshops, and therapeutic wellness retreats to help you explore your mental and emotional patterns and embark on concrete steps toward a happier and more fulfilled life. In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll work together to relieve anxiety and depression and help you move toward greater joy, clarity, purpose, and fulfillment in your life.
